The Canned Performance Company is a wind quartet consisting of Nicola Fulker BA (Hons), Clarinet; Catherine Smith BA (Hons), Clarinet; Martin Fulker BA (Hons), Trumpet and Andrew Thorne Dip HE, Tuba. All four members studied music with arts management at Dartington College of Arts where they first played together as an ensemble.

They have worked together on numerous musical projects since 1992 and formed professionally in 1997. The Canned Performance Company members compose and arrange music for the ensemble to perform; also undertaking educational workshops and instrumental teaching. They have recently completed an education project funded by the Arts Council through the National Lottery. All four members are principal players in the award winning Bournemouth and District Concert Band.

The quartet regularly performs at a range of functions including weddings, theatrical and corporate events. The performances can include a variety of musical styles from light classics, jazz, musicals and popular tunes. They can arrange music on request, for example hymns for a wedding or your favourite song.
